This comes in as Privacy Mgr. If I pick up I get a partial recording. I can not call it back. I can not block it. This has been going on for months sometimes several times a day.

So I already send them my first payment of $300.00 dollars and my Identification, And he is still harassing my work with phone call, and he's harassing my daughter phone at work. And he said, that if I don't make another payment they will send someone to arrest me. And he also read my right on the phone.
